Good Buy! Cruel World
The largest solo show of Mike’s career will be at the Vashon Center for the Arts in November 2025. On display will be new “Trash Talking” works, “Real Life” action figures, large figurative sculptures and other works all in the vein of consumer satire. Nearly 200 works - including over 100 affordable collectibles - will be available.
More square footage of fine art exhibition space has never been devoted to Mike’s work, it’s happening on his home turf, and the most will be made of it. Think sappy holiday times. Think Tiffany gift shop, a cellist playing nostalgic melodies, live projections with corporate logos and putt-putt mini golf with collectible tree ornaments. Think of golden old times, and of the dark times to come.
